A book in every welcome kit. Zero fulfilment.
Annual digital licensing of the books your field has been buying for thirty years — from $2 per distributor per year.
Most of what you spend on a distributor, you spend in the first ninety days.
The kit, the onboarding, the systems access, the upline’s time. And a large share of those people are gone before any of it comes back to you.
They rarely leave because they were sold something untrue. They leave because nobody ever properly explained the business to them, and the person who recruited them had one nervous attempt at doing it across a kitchen table.
That is a communication problem, and it is unusually cheap to fix. A book explains the business the same way every time, to every new person, in their own time. It does not get nervous, it does not oversell, and it does not depend on which upline they happened to join under.
How it works for a company
Per-distributor annual licence
From $2 per distributor per year, minimum 1,000 seats. Every new distributor receives the three core books, [to read and to listen to] on the day they join. Delivered digitally, worldwide, with no shipping and no fulfilment.
Custom and co-branded editions
Your company’s name and foreword on the edition your field receives. Content adapted where it needs to be.
Convention keynotes
Burke at your event, with the option of the books for every attendee.
Training platform licensing
The books and supporting content licensed into your existing training environment.
Start with a pilot, not a contract.
One thousand seats. One region. Ninety days.
Every new distributor in that region receives the books on day one. A matched group elsewhere doesn’t. At the end of ninety days, you compare retention between the two and decide using your own numbers rather than ours.
If it doesn’t move, you’ve spent very little and learned something. If it does, you already have the figure you need to take it to the rest of the business.
This isn’t a new idea
Who Stole the American Dream? is recorded as the best-selling book in Amway’s history. Four million copies of Burke’s books reached distributors because companies and training organisations put them there — Amway’s affiliated organisations, Network 21 across Asia, Nikken, Wellstar.
Companies in this profession have been doing this for thirty years. The only thing that has changed is that it now costs nothing to ship.
